EBRU DÖŞEKÇİ'S “REMEMBER” EXHIBITION AT MERKUR 

Her third personal exhibition, named “Remember” by the artist, will feature nine sculptures.

In her sculptures, Ebru Döşekçi is trying to depict positive feelings and basic components that connect us to life such as love, joy, hope, oneness, and trust with different materials, forms, and techniques. By turning these spiritual concepts that are completely different from material into 3 dimensional, visible and touchable forms, the artist believes that a passage would open between the viewer's and hers imagination.

Using polyester, cloth and sponge as materials, Ebru Döşekçi makes some nature forms abstract. She also pulls some forms -that do not attribute to anything- from her inner journey and presents to the viewer.
